Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a a three-way professional relationship  involving the client, the organization and the coach. The purpose is to develop executives  in the context of their jobs so that  their organizations  achieve financial gain.   Executive Coaching  is typically  conducted in  programs lasting  3, 6 or 12 months during which the executive is expected to meet or achieve measurable  progress on  previously agreed goals and parameters.

Programs are comprised of individual one on one sessions between the coach and the executive, once or several times a month.   The sessions are conducted in the form of a  dialogue, which can have different structures and follow different formats. During the process, customers increase their awareness, performance and improve their quality of life.

The executive coaching program is tailor made.  It will draw on  different coaching models and tools depending on the type of engagement.  Typical tools include DISC and  360 assessments. The programs we offer are conducted  by a coach trained by an institution accredited by the International Coach Federation and designated a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

We provide participants with a process by which they are able to evaluate their best practices, and explore ways to build on upon them thereby creating a vision of how the results should be.

The clients and their strengths are the focus of our attention. We do not waste  time with the weaknesses or try to solve or fix their problems. This methodology is outlined as follows:

  • Analysis by which we identify the topic of our focus and attention.
  • Discover and understand the client’s core strengths and best practices with respect to the subject.
  • Explore possibilities given the customer’s wishes, best practices and strengths. It is an opportunity to break barriers and self-imposed limitations; creating a hopeful and positive vision of what is to be achieved.
  • Design, plan and start executing a plan of action with smart goals and metrics to monitor implementation.
  • Accountability  to evoke in the customer focus, direction, action and responsibility for results.
