Abrantis was founded in 2006 by Robert A. Fleming, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is a consulting firm dedicated to working with accomplished business leaders who want to build on their own success and take their firms to the next level. Using consulting, coaching and training we work with the individual or the organization as a whole to develop the critical insight needed to identify, evaluate and deploy the underlying drivers of executive and organizational performance. Our focus is mostly medium business (as defined under Puerto Rico laws) that have already identified a sustainable market and are growing in sales and complexity.
Fleming is a graduate of Georgetown University. He also studied law at Interamerican University in Puerto Rico and strategic management, and business administration at the Kelley Business School of Indiana University. Fleming holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University and is a graduate from MentorCoach, where he was designated Certified Mentor Coach and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
Besides practicing corporate and employment law, Fleming administered several businesses in the area of sales, real estate, import-export and provided outsource services in the human resources field; He was also co-founder of several successful training companies.
